Implement standard: American Heart Association(AHA ) 2015 Guideline for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) & Emergency Cardiovascular Care(ECC)
Features:
1. The CPR manikin is developed according to request of American Heart Association(AHA)2015 Guideline for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) & Emergency Cardiovascular Care(ECC) and used for improving the trainees’ emergency response ability in case of disasters and accidents.
2. Adopt industrial polyurethane,polymer elastomer and imported ABS.The obvious anatomical features,skin in real feeling and the modularization can be realized.
• The manikin can be connected with the pad controller by wireless.
3. Vital signs simulation:
1). In initial state,the pupil is in mydriasis,no carotid pulse.
2). After success rescue,the pupil recover normal and light reflex,carotid pulse autonomously.The pupil change and carotid pulse can be turned on or off by controller,in the state of turn on or success rescue,light source irradiates eyeball,the real pupil light reflex can be simulated.
4. The operation of consciousness judgment,emergency call,pulse examination,respiratory examination,foreign body removal can be carried out.(The oral cavity with built-in sensor).
5. Adopt 8 inch color screen display:simulate heart impulse and ECG display,data statistics,CPR operation animation display.
6. External compression,standard airway open,artificial respiration can be carried out.
7. Four operation mode:
Model1:training mode with controller display screen
1). Electronic monitoring:the electronic indicator light shows the monitoring airway open and compression position.
2). Sound prompting:prompt the incorrect operation,including the incorrect compression position,compression depth,inhalation volume,inhalation speed,airway unopened.
3). Strip indicate light display compression depth:correct compression depth is 5-6cm:
• The compression depth is too less,strip indicate light display yellow.
• The compression depth is correct,strip indicate light display green.
• The compression depth is too much,strip indicate light display red.
4). Strip indicate light display inhalation volume:the correct inhalation volume is 500-~600ml-1000ml.
• The inhalation volume is too less,strip indicate light display yellow.
• The inhalation volume is correct,strip indicate light display green.
• The compression depth is too much,strip indicate light display red.
5). Operation frequency:100-120 times per minute for the 2015 standard,controller can select 100 times per minute or 120 times per minute,sound prompting compression frequency.
Mode2: Training mode with sound promoting.
Sound promoting: prompt the incorrect operation,including the incorrect compression position,compression depth,inhalation volume,inhalation speed,airway unopened.The sound can be turned on or off and the volume is adjustable.When in correct operation,no sound prompting.
Mode3: Competition mode.
The standard setting is according to request of American Heart Association(AHA)2015 Guideline for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)&Emergency Cardiovascular Care(ECC) and Red Cross CPR assessment standard.
• Timing starts from the first compression,five cycles as the system evaluation period,the longest time of one period shall not exceed 155 seconds.
• There is no prompting in the whole operation.The system will automatically judge according to the CPR assessment standard.If the rescue is not successful, it will automatically enter the next evaluation cycle until the rescue is successful.
• Users can self-setting date according to actual requirement.
Mode4: assessment model.
Within the setting time,according to American Heart Association (AHA) 2015 Guideline for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR),the correct ratio of compression and inhalation is 30:2,and complete five cycles.
• Power status:
1). Lithium batteries are rechargeable,3~5 hours are available.
