Implement standard: American Heart Association(AHA ) 2015 Guideline for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) & Emergency Cardiovascular Care(ECC)
CPR manikin function:
1. The upper limbs of manikin can move freely.
2. Wireless link between the manikin and the tablet computer.
3. Failure self-test function: When turned on, the device will automatically enter into the self-test mode to check whether the device is faulty; if ti is faulty, the voice prompts the user to maintain.
4. Key-fault-tolerant technology is applied to the manikin, and key pressing errors will be prompted by a voice to prevent users from misuse.
5. Chest pressing rebound detection will be prompt with a voice.
6. “Pause” button is enabled to suspend the procedure.
7. Simulate vital signs:
1). Initial state: manikin pupils are dilated, no carotid artery pulse.
2). During the compression operation, there is passive pulse of carotid artery, and the pulse rate is in line with compression rate.
3). After successful rescue, the manikin pupils return to normal and get spontaneous carotid artery pulse.
8. Simulate standard airway open.
9. External chest compression and artificial respiration.
10. Three operation modes: CPR training, simulating assessment and actual assessment.
1). Mode I: CPR training can perform compression and breaths.
2). Mode II: Simulating assessment, complete 5 cycling CPR operation, with the ratio of 2 breaths and 30 compressions, according to the 2015 international CPR standard.
3). Mode III: Actual assessment, complete the preset assessment criteria according to the 2015 international CPR standard.
11. Evaluate the process: It not only performs the CPR operation, but also evaluates the steps of the process.
CPR screen function:
1. Electronic monitoring: Monitor the airway open and pressing point electronically, display the correct times and error numbers of artificial respiration and external cardiac compression.
2. Voice prompts: Volume is adjustable and Chinese voice prompt is displayed.
3. Barcode displays the inhalation and the appropriate inhalation is 500/600ml-1000ml.
1). The barcode turns yellow when the inhalation is too light.
2). The barcode turns green when the compression depth is appropriate.
5. It can set the operation time.
6. Battery state: built-in lithium battery,configured charger.
RF remote controller:
RF remote controller: teacher can control CPR operation,pupil changes,pulse activity,print and other functions by using remote controller; can also record conscious judgment,emergency call,pulse examination,breath examination,and body clearance.
